As the Sunshine Coast’s premier butchery, we supply retail and wholesale customers both locally and in Brisbane. Our team of 40 employees includes highly experienced butchers and chefs who genuinely understand the needs of food professionals and connoisseurs.

Our Maroochydore store carries the largest meat range on the Sunshine Coast, including grass-fed and organic. All fresh meat is from Queensland, with the exception of lamb from Victoria for superior eating quality. Our fresh seafood is direct from local fishermen and the markets in Mooloolaba, Brisbane and Sydney. Whole fish is filleted and oysters are shucked on site.

An in-house chef prepares our all-natural ready meals and marinades. Our now famous Brazilian rotisserie pork belly and free-range chickens are sizzling and ready for you every day by lunch time . We also stock essential grocery items, including locally produced goods such as Maleny Dairy, Pomodora’s dressings and Kokopod chocolates.
