Noosaville Fish Market has been operating for over 60 years and is owned and operated by local Chef Gary Roser. Gary has over 20 years experience in the industry, primarily in seafood, with his family involved in the industry since 1976.
All takeaway fish is cooked to perfection by the Chefs, whether it is a light crunchy batter, bread crumbed or grilled, it is served alongside hot chips with the perfect amount of crunch and homemade tartare sauce or aioli. Everything is homemade with no pre-battered or crumbed seafood products.
Along with great fish and chips there is a range of fresh and frozen fish, homemade fish cakes, marinated and crumbed prawn cutlets, fish bites and our famous calamari. For those not looking for fish, our takeaway menu offers other options to cater for all tastes.
