TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTEST
This contest ends 11.59pm 31 December 2021. The final winner will be contact in early January 2022 to claim their prize.
By entering this contest, I agree to have my contact information added to Eat Local Noosa’s database and Eat Local Noosa may use my information for its business purposes, including marketing. I agree that my entry answer may be shared by Eat Local Noosa on their social channels and/or shared with the business that I have discussed in my entry, and my entry may be shared by the business through their own channels.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the contest.
This contest is open to all people who meet the entry criteria published in these terms and conditions and who currently reside in Australia. Void where prohibited. Any other terms or conditions as may be required by applicable law are incorporated herein.
Entries will only be deemed eligible if they meet the requirements listed in these terms and conditions.
There is a limitation of one entry per person, and a limit of one winner per person per any 12 month period.
All entrants must be 13 years of age or older. For entrants between 13 and 17, entrants must have permission from their parent or guardian to enter. Winners under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian consent to receive the prize.
All winners must be able to provide verification of their identity and eligibility, if requested. Once verification occurs, Eat Local Noosa will ship the prize to the winners using the winners’ verified mailing address.
Each month a winner will be chosen by Eat Local Noosa in its sole discretion by random draw.
The prize must only be used at businesses in the Noosa region that are listed on the Eat Local Noosa website directory, including but not limited to: restaurants, cafes, tours & experiences, takeaway shops, grocers, private chefs etc.
The prize voucher must only be used at one selected business from the Eat Local Noosa directory and cannot be split between multiple businesses.
The prize voucher must only be used at selected local businesses that have agreed to participate in this program. If the winner’s first preference has not agreed to participate or does not accept all terms and conditions of this offer, the winner will be required to select a new business listed on eatlocalnoosa.com.au to use their voucher.
The prize cannot be exchanged for any reason and is not redeemable for cash or other gift cards.
Eat Local Noosa may substitute another prize to the same estimated value at any time prior to the prize draw at its absolute discretion.
Winners will need to acknowledge they have received communication that they have won within 7 days of notification. Winners must then use their prize voucher within 60 days of their notification. Eat Local Noosa holds no responsibility for the winners not receiving notification of their prize or should the winners not be able to claim their prize within the redemption period outlined above.

The winners will be drawn on the last day of every month and announced promptly thereafter. The winners will be notified by the email address in the entry. The estimated value of a prize is AUD$200 (inclusive of gst).
PRIZE DETAILS
One person each month will win an Eat Local Noosa voucher valued at AUD $200 to be used at any one business listed on the Eat Local Noosa directory, of their choosing (pending agreement by and availability of that business to fulfill the prize).
