Located in the picturesque township of Cooran is Hinterland Restaurant. Owners Dion & Aimee also run a 70 acre farm where they organically raise heritage breed pigs, cattle and permaculture gardens. As much possible we utilise our own produce on our menu and specials board in a genuine paddock to plate philosophy.
