I’m an everyday mum of three with a passion for showing others how they can make small and simple changes in their day to day life to reduce toxicity in the home and lead healthier lives.
Now I have over 100 recipes in my catalogue. From salty and sweet, to decadent and rich, nut free and oil infused, as well as protein packed and celiac friendly I have a recipe for just about every taste preference or allergy requirement.
Most of my recipes consist of cheap and accessible ingredients you can buy from the supermarket, and are simple enough to be whipped up in a flash. They can also be made in bulk, and will easily last two months when stored correctly in the freezer.
