Noosa Gnocchi

Noosa Gnocchi (Handcut Deli Pty Ltd) is my expression for simple, healthy, and good food.

We produce organic gnocchi made from beautiful top quality organic dutch cream potatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin and
beetroot and organic flours. The gnocchi is cooked, vacuum packed and snap frozen

We supply a food product that is just as good as if a professional chef would come into your kitchen and prepare your meal. All we want the consumer to do is be able to finish it off adding their own creativity to it. An artisan product that usually takes a lot of skill to make is now available to anyone.

We produce multiple flavours and gluten free and vegan options, you can find our product at Noosa and Kawana farmers market, multiple retail shops around Sunshine coast and Brisbane and restaurants in Noosa Area.
