Owners Kim and Craig Galea are both chefs that completed their apprenticeships on the Sunshine Coast, with years of travel and experience in kitchens around Australia, they settled back on the coast and in 2010 opened Pitchfork a bistro in the beautiful coastal town of Peregian Beach
