Sails Restaurant was established in 1994 and has been evolving ever since, endeavouring to maintain a high standard in all aspects of cuisine and hospitality.
In 1997 Head Chef, Paul Leete, joined Sails and to this day presents menus with a strong focus on premium quality, fresh, seasonal produce grown and prepared with integrity.
Alongside the best the Sunshine Coast region has to offer, we have also sourced exemplary produce from all corners of Australia.
Although first class produce comes at a premium, we believe the quality and integrity of the food we serve to be at the core of our values and what gives us a point of difference.
Both the food and venue are complemented by an award winning wine list, where three working cellars house one of the largest wine collections in Australia.
